Personal Information Protection Act (BC) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. We collect only what we need, we don't sell user data, and we provide account data export + deletion on request. Saved searches, saved cars, and recently-viewed data live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.
CASL — anti-spam
All commercial email is double opt-in. Every email includes our physical address, sender identity, and a 1-click unsubscribe header. We honor unsubscribes within 10 business days.
PIPA — personal info
BC's PIPA gives you the right to access, correct, and delete any personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@superline.ca — we respond within 30 days as required.
